Hunter Hollenbeck Charges to Fulton Speedway Sportsman Win

By Dave Medler

FULTON, NY (June 25, 2025) – Hunter Hollenback and Clayton Brewer III put on a battle royal Wednesday night at the Fulton Speedway in the 25-Lap DOT Foods DIRTcar Sportsman feature with Hunter Hollenbeck grabbing the win. With his victory Hollenback earned a starting spot in the Outlaw 200 Weekend Industrial Tire of CNY Sportsman Shootout October 2-4.

Hunter Hollenbeck and this past Saturday feature winner Emmett Waldron brought 25-Lap DOT Foods DIRTcar Sportsman field down to the green with Hollenbeck grabbing the early advantage.

With five laps complete Hollenbeck held a narrow lead over Clayton Brewer III who was coming quickly. Waldron, Jason Parkhurst, and Mike Fowler were battling out in the top five.

Brewer, after hounding Hollenback for several laps using the bottom of the speedway, drove into the lead on lap eleven.

With great battles throughout the field a caution on lap thirteen bunched the field up.

On lap 14, one lap after the restart, Hollenbeck found the speed he needed to retake the lead from Brewer.

Over the final laps Clayton Brewer III threw everything he had at Hunter Hollenbeck but came up short as Hollenbeck was five car lengths ahead at the checkers. Tony Finch II, Mike Fowler, and Emmett Waldron completed the top five.

With his victory Hollenback earned a starting spot in the Outlaw 200 Weekend Industrial Tire of CNY Sportsman Shootout October 2-4
