Please take note of the following fines and suspensions have recently been levied against competitors at Fulton Speedway.

August 11, 2018

Todd Root - $100 for crew members riding on car back to the pit area.

Tony Finch II - $100 for getting out of the race car under a yellow flag condition without permission from track safety crew.

August 18, 2018

Tony Finch II – Suspended for one week of racing at both Brewerton and Fulton for making deliberate contact with another competitor while under yellow sending him into the wall.

Ryan Hatherill – Suspended for one week of racing at both Brewerton and Fulton for contact under yellow flag with another competitor and for unprofessional post-event behavior on social media that reflects poorly on the track and the sport of auto racing.

Conduct Policy:

By being a DIRTcar member and competing at Fulton Speedway and/or Brewerton Speedway, members have agreed to act in a professional manner. The professional manner includes, but is not limited to verbal representation, social media, text messaging, written representation, and representation that may represent the sport of racing in general. Competitors should take note that negative and threatening comments, particularly on social media, directed at other competitors or the tracks, will be met with penalties to include, fines and/or suspensions.
