Sponsors Build Record Setting Purse for 2025 Outlaw Weekend RL Cleaning 4-Cylinder Open
Fulton, NY (September 27, 2025) – Now boasting a total purse of over $10,000, the RL Cleaning 4-Cylinder Open at the Neivel Precision Plumbing Outlaw 200 Weekend is set to bring dozens of competitors from as far away as Quebec this Thursday, October 2. A field of 49 cars were in competition at last year’s event, which made it the largest 4-cylinder field in New York State and the third highest total at the Outlaw Weekend, behind only Modifieds and Sportsman. Indications are this year will be the similar with entries being received at a rapid pace.
RL Cleaning, led by part-time racer Rich Riggs, is the title sponsor of the event and contributed significant resources to the event to get the to-win total to a whopping $2,250 - an all-time event high.
A multi-time 4-Cylinder feature winner at Brewerton Speedway in 2025, Nate Powers, and annual competitor Donny Rider have organized a giant groundswell of support for the event. Between organizing special awards and collecting purse contributions, Powers and Rider have raised over $4000 to be distributed throughout the field.
Wally VanEpps and Daucher Electric brings support to 4-cylinder events all summer and continued for the RL Cleaning 4-Cylinder Open making significant financial contributions. A pair of East Syracuse based companies, GT Automotive and Smith Structures also stepped up with significant financial support to add to both the winner's share and throughout the field. Xtreme Auto Recovery and Rowley Painting also joined the list of significant donors. In all, the contribution list has reached 41 with more being added daily.
