Trenca Venturing to Fulton Speedway Saturday With Empire Super Sprints

Inside Line Promotions – CLAY, N.Y. (Oct. 8, 2019) – Joe Trenca’s career-best season is winding down.

The Mucci Motorsports competitor is slated to join the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints this Saturday at Fulton Speedway in Fulton, N.Y.

“We’re excited to head to Fulton and we’re hopeful we can put together a strong run there,” he said. “We only get to race there once or twice a year so our goal is to show improvement there like we have at most of the other tracks this season.”

Trenca has already set career-best marks with two wins, 11 top fives and 16 top 10s this year.

Saturday will be his second visit of the season to Fulton Speedway, where he finished 13th in July. His career-best result at the track was a fifth-place showing in 2016. He added a pair of top-10 runs in 2017.

“We’ve had up and down success at Fulton throughout the years,” he said. “I think our program is the best it has ever been and that’s shown at most of our races this season. I believe we’re in a place where we can set a new career-best finish and even contend for a victory at Fulton. As the season is closing it’s important to continue to string together consistent top-five results.”
