FULTON, NY - Billy Decker of Unadilla won his first Victoria
200 paying $25,000 to win on Saturday at Fulton Speedway.
Decker started fourth and took the lead on lap-106 in the
second half of the event, a lead he would never give up. The
driver of the Gypsum Wholesalers / Bicknell / No. 91 held
off the late race charge of Steve Paine and Gary Tomkins in

FULTON, NY - Both Super DIRTcar Series points leaders Joe
Williams and Pete Stefanski kicked off Victoria 200 weekend
in style on Friday at Fulton Speedway. Williams out of
Scotia, NY continued his late season hot streak winning the
Gater Racing News / Motorsports Expo Sportsman 30-lap Super
DIRTcar Series, while Stefanski of Wheatfield, NY took the
30-lap Leaf Racewear Pro Stock Super DIRTcar Series event.
Also winning was Frank Burnell Jr. in the Mr. DIRTcar Street
Stock Super Series 30-lap feature after apparent winner
Kevin Smith was disqualified for an illegal motor. [Full

358-MODIFIED WEIGHT FOR VICTORIA 200 AT
FULTON CHANGED TO 2,400 LBS
FULTON, NY – 358-Modifieds heading to Fulton Speedway to compete
in the 22nd Annual Victoria 200 on Saturday September
29 paying $25,000 to win have an extra incentive as the weight
rule was recently changed. The 358-Modifieds must weigh 2,400
pounds, while the Big Block Modifieds must weigh 2,500 pounds.
This is a firm and final decision, and matches the rule on a
weekly basis at the track for the 358-Modifieds. Originally, the
rules for the race were released at 2,500 pounds for all cars,
but track management wants as many possible teams to compete and
be fair to all. The Victoria 200 will remain the event of the
season for the Modified division, this year with the most open
rules package in the 22 year history of the event. [Full

MODIFIED DRIVER COMPETITOR RULES NOTICE
FULTON, NY – Modified drivers in
preparation for Saturday’s Victoria 200 at Fulton Speedway
paying $25,000 plus to win have several important rule notices
to be aware of. The Big Block Modifieds must weigh 2,500 pounds
while the 358-Modifieds must weigh 2,400 pounds. As for tires,
any 92” by 13” Dirt Modified type tire will be deemed legal, but
the right rear tire must durometer 40 or higher.
Originally, the rule was that all 4 tires must durometer 40 or
higher but track management wants to save the racers money. Late
Model tires are not legal at all. Also, the sail panel rules
explained below must be followed to the “T” or drivers will
be asked to cut the panels. This is in the interest of
safety and fairness to all competitors and if drivers do not
obey this they will be promptly disqualified. [Full

The excitement and publicity surrounding the $25,000 plus to win
2007 Victoria 200 at Fulton Speedway continues as speedway
officials released the event tire and sail panel rules on
Saturday.
These rules will also carry over to the Brewerton and Fulton
Speedway Victoria 200 Modified Mini-Series, allowing the
greatest possible number of all Dirt Modified teams to compete.
Without a doubt, the 2007 Victoria 200, held at Fulton September
29, will be the most anticipated and open event of the season in
