LOSES WEEK NUMBER TWO TO RAIN WITH ACTION TO START UP AGAIN ON SATURDAY,
APRIL 30
FULTON, NY...The second scheduled race
program of the 2005 season at Fulton Speedway was called off last
Saturday due to heavy rain that started Friday evening and continued
through Saturday afternoon. Fulton Speedway was coming off its' most
successful opening day in the dirt era of the historic track the
previous week.
Race competition at the Home of the
Dynomax Victoria 200 will pick up again this Saturday, April 30. In race
competition on Promotion Speed Supply Night will be the DIRT Big Block
Modifieds, DIRT Sportsman, DIRT Pro Stocks, Pure Stocks and the popular
Mod Lites. Fans will be treated to a fast-paced three division race
program on the multi-groove track.
Danny Johnson, Tim Fuller, Matt
Sheppard, Tom Sears Jr., Billy Decker, Jeff Rudalavage, Vinnie Vitale,
Ryan Phelps, Scott Prentice, John Barker, AJ. Romano, Tim Sears, Dale
Planck, Pat Ward and Alan Johnson are just some of the drivers that will
look for the win in the 35-lap DIRT Modified main this Saturday night.
Kevin Bates will look for his second
straight victory in the DIRT Sportsman division. Joe Stefanksi will be
in search of win number two in the DIRT Pro Stock class. Russ Marsden
will look to do the same in the Pure Stock class. This Saturday will
mark the first appearance of the season by the Mod Lites.
Fulton Speedway gates on Saturday,
April 30 will open at 5 p.m. Race competition on Promotion Speed Supply
