Bob Henry Jr Motor Legal After Inspection; August 27 SUNY Canton Sportsman Feature Win Stands

FULTON, NY – August 30, 2011 - After his SUNY Canton Sportsman feature win on August 27, 2011, the Bob Henry Jr’s Crate engine was removed from his car and taken to the LJL/Kevlar engine shop for closer inspection to ensure it was legal by Fulton Speedway’s engine rules. Fulton speedway follows the standardized crate engine rules established by the DIRTcar Crate Sportsman rule book for 2010-2011 seasons, and allows for no internal modifications of any kind within a sealed bolt package in key locations on an engine.

Upon visual inspection, and testing on the LJL/Kevlar engine dyno, Henry’s engine has been deemed legal and the engine returned to him.

Fulton Speedway will complete its points season this Saturday night, September 3 at 7pm with a full program featuring Tracey Road Equipment Modifieds, SUNY Canton Sportsman, NAPA Late Models, E & V Novice Sportsman, Four Cylinder Stocks and Mod Lites. Tickets are on sale now for the 26th Sunoco Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 Weekend presented by SUNY Canton on September 30 and October 1.
