Ryan Scott And Roy Bresnahan Are This Weeks NAPA Know How Performers Of The Week At The Brewerton And Fulton Speedways

A pair of first time winners are this week’s “NAPA Know How” Performers Of The Week. Ryan Scott (Brewerton Speedway) and Roy Bresnahan (Fulton Speedway) each bagged a big win.

Ryan Scott started making the weekly tow from his Kingston, Ontario home when his former speedway dropped the IMCA Modifieds part way into the 2011 season. Scott had only been to the Brewerton Speedway when the Empire Series made a stop at the “D-Shaped Dirt Demon”.

Not only did Scott grab his first ever Nationwide Insurance IMCA Modified Brewerton win, he did it in style by passing for 32 time speedway feature winner Rob Keller late in the going, making his long weekly tow from Canada well worth it.

Saturday night at the Fulton Speedway Roy Bresnahan pulled of a pair of first. Not only he did he win his first ever Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modified feature he didn’t do it with a Big Block or a Small Block. Bresnahan became the first winner using a GM CT 525 Spec engine that comes race ready for about $11,000.

Not only did Bresnahan win but he did it in dominating fashion, winning by 3.206 seconds over Defending Track Champion, Jimmy Phelps.

For their performances both Scott and Bresnahan will receive $100 “NAPA Know How Performer of The Week” that is awarded weekly at both Brewerton and Fulton Speedways to one driver that outperforms all others that week across all classes.

The new NAPA Outlaw Speedway Discount Cards are available and are being distributed to active drivers at each speedway. New competitors should see Tara at payoff to acquire theirs... Only drivers that have submitted a Driver Information Sheet with track management are eligible for the card that will provide discounted pricing on most racing related purchases throughout the 2011 race season.

In addition to the discount on purchases, 3% of every dollar spent using the NAPA Racer Discount Card will be returned to Brewerton and Fulton competitors as a NAPA point fund award at the end of the 2011 campaign.
